Cancellation Window
We do not accept return orders to maintain the artisanal quality of our products. However, orders can be cancelled by contacting our customer care within 24 hours of placing the order or as long as the order remains in a pending state.
Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Exchange Policy
As our pieces are meticulously handcrafted in limited quantities, we currently do not offer any exchange services.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items, items marked as final sale, and all standard shipped items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific pieces before purchasing.
